Summary: We stayed at this local Waterloo hotel during our recent visit to the area during our vacation. The hotel is a bit older, but nicely renovated. Close to restaurants and shops. The full time bartender was phenomenal! He went out of his way to provide us with excellent service, especially during the weekday happy hour. Reasonable price and good hotel restaurant food. We would likely stay here again if ever in the area.

Summary: Always love staying here. Had a toilet problem they gave us a new room(upgraded). Will continue staying here each time i come here.

Summary: The layout was incredibly difficult to find our room, we had to walk through and active wedding party where the food was stationed in the hallway we needed to walk through to get to our room. Parking was non-existet due to the wedding and we had to park in a remote parking lot that was under construction and was full. I eventually moved some construction barriers to create a spot Our room was right on the hallway that the wedding party was using and the music was very loud late into the night - again the layout of the hotel is not good for sleeping guestes and large parties.

Summary: The only thing that was not easy, its the door banging all hours of the day and night. The doors close so hard, I jumped in my bed every time. You should do with the door, the same system like the drawers

Summary: Stayed for four nights and had a decent time l, breakfast could be better, minus the fresh made omelettes the food was mediocre because everything was either cold or dried out even though it was on hot plates. Also asked for my room to be serviced a few times and it didn’t get done until the last night, but all in all good hotel for the price.

Summary: Front desk staff was efficient. Room was nice with the front desk upgrade. Walk in shower was great but the door seal was loose so the shower had water all over the floor.

Summary: The only downside of this location is the location. Though all downtowns seem to be the same these days. Lots of homeless people. Restaurants in the area were very good.

Summary: Location very good Rooms good beds very comfartable. Bathrooms not very spacious. They need to improve their hospitality with guests. some of the staff members were very helpful but others need to learn how to deal with guest and be more hospitable

Summary: Room was fine. Buffet breakfast was very good. Cleaning staff did not clean room after the first night. When I returned to hotel I asked front desk for fresh towels and they offered to have room cleaned, but I said I was fine with just fresh towels, which were brought to the room quickly. I did ask about freezing some ice packs I need to keep medication cool but hotel declined.
